Delivery timeline

• Production time: 5–7 working days (modeling + printing + finishing).
• Shipping time: 3–5 working days (Pan-India).
• Total estimated arrival: 10–14 working days.

Since every piece is custom-handcrafted, please allow 10–14 days for your masterpiece to reach your dashboard. We strive every day to beat our turnaround times, but we never compromise on the quality of your art.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Unboxing Video Requirement

To claim a refund or replacement for damaged goods, a clear unboxing video is mandatory. This helps us verify the condition of the product upon arrival.

Personalized Products

Please note that Personalized Miniatures and custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.

Return Process

Once a return is approved, the item must be sent back in its original packaging.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
